Hi mate,
First of all, we are so sorry for the overall goods delayed whichever has been incurred especially at the custom department due to some taxing and technical issues. We have noticed that the goods are tending to be stuck at the custom department for at least a week time accordingly to the arrival date to the recipient.
For this reason, we have figured out the best solution in term to enhance out service and time frame of goods arrival to all of our value clients after the finalized discussion with the custom officers back in the foreign countries.
As for now, we will attached along with the invoice of each games as per requested along with the parcel for custom department reference; in order to release the goods on time to each of the recipients.
The issued invoice will be attached along with each of our value client's parcel and as far as we concern; it might caused a technical issue such as duty tax and etc. Somehow, everything is cleared and no taxing issue to be worry at all; it flows smoothly as we planned.
