Hvad er nu det?
Her købte man for ca. 1 års tid siden anydvd med tilhørende livstidsopdateringer og så vupti, aftalen bliver opsagt 31/12-2010. Men man er da mere end velkommen til at købe et nyt abonnement på livstidsopdateringer.
Er det første gang anydvd laver det nummer?
Jeg vil rigtigt gerne have anydvd, men jeg har ikke lyst til at blive ved med at forny mit abonnement, fordi de lige synes, at de ikke vil fortsætte alligevel.
Har jeg misforstået noget i deres mail og på deres hjemmeside?
